What are the member points?
Every RM1 spend gain 1 point. In short, member points are used to upgrade membership. For accumulation of 1000pts, membership will automatically upgrade to Gold member who entitled 5% discount (excluding promotions and bundle products) on the future order. For accumulate of 2,000pts, membership will automatically upgrade to Diamond member who entitled 8% discount (excluding promotions and bundle products) on the future order. In addition, member points can be used to redeem cash voucher, 1000points = RM10, and so on.

Can I modify the mailing information for a pending payment order / paid order?
Changes in the delivery address/phone number/recipient name is not allowed after the order has been successfully made. This is one of the precautionary steps to avoid and prevent fraud attempt. Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior to place an order.
Can I modify my order items after submission?
Order items are not able to modify after submission, please submit a new order.
How to cancel my order?
The order will automatically be cancelled after 3 days if no payment received. No additional action required.

How do I make payment? What are available payment options?

What is the payment due date after place an order?
All orders will keep for 3 days and automatically delete afterwards. Deletion is not reversible, please re-order if required.
How do I notify payment?
(1) Online payment (Molpay/Paypal)
Payment will validate by the system automatically. If system validation failed but you believe that payment already transferred, please contact us.
(2) Offline payment
You may submit your payment notification at My Account > Order History , click on the "Payment Notification" beside the order number that you had to make payment and fill in your payment information. How long time do you need to validate my payment?
Most of the payment validate within 12 business hours. Giro Transfer or Cheque payment required 1-3 business days to validate, do not recommend for urgent order.

West Malaysia customer entitle free Skynet for order above RM80. East Malaysia customer entitle free E-parcel(air parcel by POS) for order RM150 above.
How do you ship my parcel?
We cooperate with Skynet courier, Poslaju and Air-parcel(air parcel by POS) for delivery.
BEAUTYSTALL support several posting method to meet different requirement for our customer. For orders which make payment and inform us before 12pm will be sent out by the same day, however for those inform us after 12pm we'll do our best to ship order the same day right after payment received if time allow. There are no posting service at Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery time is purely depending on postman route schedule, in other words, it is unpredictable. Please contact courier company if you want to arrange or confirm your delivery time.

My order is urgent, what should I do?
Please contact the courier company to confirm your delivery on the desired time frame. The delivery time is not in our control. The delivery process may be delayed due to various reasons, we are not responsible for the delay in shipping progress. Self-pickup is recommended.
What should I do if my parcel delivery delays? Could you contact courier company on my behalf?
We recommend you to contact courier company personally because parcel delay often caused by incorrect address, absent during delivery or address not found. Please call courier directly for better communication. Please contact us if the delivery problem still persists.
